GODDESS AND GURUS! This class is for all human bodies. Male, female, and non-binary. Creating a safe space for all in attendance is my utmost priority. This will be a space for all people in attendance to honor the divine feminine in themselves and the others attending the class, regardless of gender. This class is suited for all body sizes, fitness levels, races, and confidence levels. NEW BIGGER LOCATION: Beehive Buds 9329 S. 1300 E. Welcome to the practice of self love and confidence you are going to fall in love with. Goddess yoga will help you liberate your wild divine feminine, tap into your sensuality, and fully express who you truly are. This is a “practice” and a safe space for you to discover and awaken the parts of you that have been hidden. Each practice will help you solidify and more fully embody your authentic self; all with the love and support of safe women on their own journey of discovery. Each time you come back, you will receive something a little different, the class meets you exactly where you are at. Come authentic, and it will be exactly what you need at the time. Goddess yoga is the art of sacred sensual movement combining belly dancing, intuitive movement and ancient rituals including kundalini breath-work, essential oil anointing, sharing circle, throat chakra activation, and more. These sacred practices initiate profound emotional release, spiritual transformation, and healing. Join us as we connect deeper to the divine feminine essence that resides within all of us. WHAT TO BRING Please come as you are. There is no need to wait until you are “more fit”, in a better head space, feeling more confident, or any other reasoning that may keep us from experiencing self love and growth. Bring a yoga mat (we have a few extras if needed), water bottle, and wear something that you can move freely in. If wearing sweats feels honoring, wear that. If you want to explore your more sensual side, wear something sexy and daring. The most important thing is that you honor yourself and your needs. See you in Class! -Marisa
